Name and Address Changes

To change your address with the registrar, please fill out the Name and Address Change Form and return it to the below address either in person or via the postal service.

The Cooper Union provides a means for students to use a preferred, chosen name for internal purposes. See the Legal and Chosen Name Policy for restrictions and details. Chosen names, preferred pronouns and gender identity may be changed using Student Self-Service and updated via the User Profile.
