Transcripts & Education Verification Requests
To request a transcript, fill out the Transcript Request Form and email it to registrar@cooper.edu.
Digital copies are processed as we receive them. Please allow 24 hours for delivery.
Official transcripts (sometimes referred to as a hard copy), are being processed at a reduced frequency due to COVID-19 restrictions. They are processed every two weeks during our office access hours. They can be mailed directly to the institution or delivered to an email address via scan. Mailing addresses, emails, and any other relevant information should be included on the form above.
If you graduated before 2012, your records exist in hard copy only and will be processed during our office access hours.
The transcript fee of $5 should be delivered via check or money order, made out to The Cooper Union, and mailed to:
